i arrived in time to connect the dots then say good bye
watching the world organize over population
without the responsibility to make a change
in all fairness i thought it was strange
that 2 billion could live in decadence like kings
while the third world suffers the consequences
for making a pact with economic hitmen that the corporation dispenses
now we are seeing the repercussions of manifesting desirous memes
success isnt a monetary measure
happiness is just one of those things
a nation that abuses law as much as spirit
because the leaders behind the scenes, in the shadows
keep you trapped in a world of dreams
intoxicated and ignorant
self prescribed to the gallows
if you want to see the truth,feed the snake, grow your wings
searching for that answer that will make it all better it is a treasure
burried beneath the sands and below the tree of life and merit
its inherent in our dna we are made this way
you need not be a postulant to a divine order
because our disorder is that we've always have been on the edge of the abyss
on our feet, reaching out for the sweetest serotonergic kiss
brought on by the mass swelling of the fabric of the universe
to a single moment that if you blink you may miss
